The sunbed sets the agenda
In Sol, the day is measured by relaxing on our sunbeds in Marbella, taking dips in the heated pool and trays brought straight to you without ever having to move. Between the Balinese beds and the warm Andalusian light, time becomes generous and the only plan is to stay exactly where you are.
The menu reads like a promise of uncomplicated pleasure: tempting aperitifs, fresh small plates and cocktails from our bartender that accompany every pause.

Sombra is an ode to the sea, a table where the fish arrives straight from the daily catch. A market trolley of fresh seafood that changes with the tide, whatever came in that morning. The culinary tradition of Andalusian food lives on, enriched by the chef's creative instinct and a fine sense of the contemporary.
House classics have earned their place: the tuna tartare crowned with a fried egg; the carabinero prawn salpicón. Dishes that people come back for, season after season.

The interior reflects the duality of the concept: golden tones that evoke the sun, crisp whites and ceiling fans that bring a note of understated elegance to the cool and comfortable shade.
