  • What are the advantages of Choose Your Room?

    With Choose Your Room, you can select the exact location and room number for your stay at our hotel. Would you prefer views of the sea or the pool? Are you looking for a quieter area within the hotel, or would you rather stay closer to the restaurant? You can even choose your preferred bed type using our interactive Choose Your Room module and the feature filters available to personalise your stay according to your preferences.

    In some cases, operational reasons such as maintenance work may prevent us from assigning the selected room. Should this occur, an equivalent room with similar characteristics will be assigned instead.

  • When can I use Choose Your Room?
    Choose Your Room is available from the moment your reservation is confirmed up to 3 days prior to arrival.
  • What information do I need to provide in order to use Choose Your Room?

    If you booked directly through our website, you will only need your booking reference number.

    If your reservation was made through another sales channel (OTA, tour operator, travel agency, etc.), we will require some additional information in order to display the available rooms linked to your booking. In this case, please provide:

    • Sales channel
    • Booking reference number
    • Stay dates
    • Number of guests
    • Reserved room category
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Email address
  • How much does Choose Your Room cost?
    Room selection prices may vary depending on the characteristics of each room. For example, rooms with more desirable views may carry a slightly higher supplement than other rooms within the same category.
  • How do I pay for Choose Your Room?
    Payment for the room selection service will be made upon arrival at the hotel.
  • What are the booking conditions for Choose Your Room?
    Choose Your Room is an on-demand service, meaning the final room assignment remains subject to actual availability on the day of arrival. If your selected room can be successfully assigned to your reservation, you will be asked to confirm the indicated supplement during the selection process and will receive confirmation by email.
  • What should I show upon arrival to confirm my selection?
    To ensure you have all the necessary information before your arrival, we will send you an email containing the details of your room selection request. If you have not received this email, please contact the hotel directly.
  • What time can I access my selected room on the day of arrival and until what time can I remain in the room on departure day?

    Check-in and check-out times are not affected by the room selection service and remain the same as for any reservation made through our website:

    • Check-in: from 3:00 p.m.
    • Check-out: until 12:00 p.m.
  • If I upgrade my room category, will it be confirmed immediately?
    Room category upgrades require prior validation by the hotel. You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been approved.
  • What happens if I change my stay dates?
    If you modify your reservation dates, your room selection will be cancelled and a new selection will need to be made. No additional fee will apply for selecting a room again.
  • How can I find the room that best suits my preferences?
    To find the ideal room for your stay, you can use the feature filters available within Choose Your Room. You will find highlighted features such as bed type, views, natural light, room size and more. By selecting the different options, the relevant façades and rooms will be highlighted, helping you quickly identify the room that best matches your preferences.
  • Can I change my room selection once it has been made?
    To modify your room selection, please contact the hotel directly so we can remove the existing selection. Once removed, you will be able to make a new selection for your stay. No additional fee will apply.
  • Is it possible to cancel or modify my room selection?
    To cancel or modify your room selection, please contact the hotel directly. If your reservation has been cancelled, the room selection will be automatically released at no extra cost.
  • I would like to use Choose Your Room, but the system cannot find my reservation

    Please ensure that your booking reference number has been entered correctly and that you have selected the correct sales channel. Please note that the search is case-sensitive.

    If the information provided is correct and you are still unable to access Choose Your Room, please contact the hotel directly.

  • Why can’t I select today or tomorrow as my arrival date?
    Unfortunately, due to operational requirements, room selection must be completed at least 3 days prior to arrival.
  • How can I use Choose Your Room to select more than one room?
    If your reservation includes more than one room, it is currently not possible to select multiple rooms within Choose Your Room. Please contact the hotel directly for further assistance.
  • Why are no rooms available?

    There may be several reasons why no available rooms are displayed:

    Option 1: The façade you are viewing may already be fully occupied for the selected dates. Please select another area of the hotel to view additional availability.

    Option 2: All selectable rooms may already have been assigned. During periods of high occupancy, the hotel may reserve a certain number of rooms for operational purposes. Please contact the hotel for further information.

    Option 3: Please review the information provided. If an incorrect room category or stay dates have been selected, no available options may appear.

  • I have not received my Choose Your Room confirmation email.
    Please check your spam or junk mail folder. We also recommend verifying that your email address was entered correctly when providing your booking details. Please contact the hotel if you require further assistance.
  • The Choose Your Room application is not displaying correctly.
    Choose Your Room may not display correctly on older browser versions. We recommend using the latest version of Safari, Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. If the issue persists, please contact the hotel directly.
