A SPECIAL WAY TO END THE YEAR
Welcome 2027 with a grand Gala Dinner in our Don Carlos ballroom, featuring a menu specially created for the occasion, a carefully curated selection of wines and Champagne, and an evening that continues with a live orchestra, festive celebrations and the traditional twelve lucky grapes at midnight.
A night to raise a glass to cherished memories, celebrate the present and look forward to the year ahead.
The culinary experience begins with a welcome cocktail reception on Thursday, 31 December, from 7.30 pm. Delicate canapés, exceptional ingredients and freshly prepared specialities, including a selection of freshly shucked oysters and acorn-fed Ibérico ham.
The gala menu continues with a carefully crafted succession of dishes combining seafood, premium cuts of meat and rich flavours, from roasted scallop with caviar to aged beef fillet with scarlet prawn and black truffle.
A sweet finale brings together dark chocolate, hazelnut and Pedro Ximénez.
